October 2023 - Los Angeles County Adult Adoption of  23 year old by her biological mother.  In this case, the child was adopted by another family 20 years previously.  The biological mother and the child re-developed their relationship and chose to formalize it legally by way of Adult Adoption now that the "child" was over 18 years old.
