Adoptive Parents were formerly married to each other and raised the developmentally disabled adult as their son along with his siblings. One parent resided in Los Angeles County, one parent resided outside of California and the developmentally disabled adult resided in a California County outside of Los Angeles County. Time from case filing to completed/final adoption was 14 days.
